Conflict Minerals Compliance Manager

Job Summary

The full-time remote Conflict Minerals Compliance Manager will design, implement, and manage a global compliance program for conflict minerals, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and overseeing supplier engagement across various product divisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve the conflict minerals compliance program, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met
• Lead the annual Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT) collection process and manage supplier data validation
• Prepare and coordinate the annual SEC Form SD and Conflict Minerals Report filing while monitoring evolving regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Environmental Science, Political Science, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of direct experience in conflict minerals compliance or responsible sourcing
• Expert knowledge of Dodd-Frank Section 1502 and EU Conflict Minerals Regulation (EU 2017/821)
• Experience with RMI tools such as CMRT, EMRT, and AMRT
• Strong project management and organizational skills
