Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Conflict of Interest (Compliance) to oversee the conflict of interest program.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the conflict of interest program and ensure compliance with relevant laws and policies
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and implement conflict of interest policies and procedures
- Monitor regulatory updates and assist in the development of management plans for conflict of interest issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in conflict of interest management in academic medical centers or similar environments
- Compliance Healthcare Certified or similar certification preferred
- Knowledge of faculty academic issues related to conflicts of interest
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain positive relationships across departments
