Conflicts Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Conflicts Analyst to conduct accurate conflicts analyses and minimize risk to the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate entry of parties into the conflicts database, including corporate family trees
• Communicate conflicts analyses clearly and thoroughly to attorneys or management
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or relevant education and experience; Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate preferred
• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a law firm
• Familiarity with InTapp-Open, Elite/3E, and other conflicts and financial software
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Understanding of law firm engagement letters and conflict waiver agreements
