Conflicts Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Conflicts Analyst to manage conflicts of interest reports using specialized software and research tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate business conflicts of interest reports using Intapp Open and online research tools
• Understand and apply department standard operating procedures and conflicts request workflow
• Perform preliminary analysis of conflicts search results for review by a Conflicts Attorney

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree is highly preferred
• At least three years' experience in conflicts in a law firm setting is required
• Proficiency with relational conflicts databases, such as Intapp Open or LegalKey
• Experience with online corporate research databases, such as Dun & Bradstreet and Capital IQ
• Proficiency with Microsoft programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel
