Conflicts Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Conflicts Analyst to handle conflicts-related functions during the intake of new clients and matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Process conflict searches for new client and matter requests in a timely manner
• Conduct detailed corporate research and review Intapp Open workflow requests for accuracy
• Document and organize the resolution of potential conflicts of interest and communicate with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 or 4-year degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in a professional services environment preferred
• Previous experience with Intapp required
• Familiarity with bankruptcy guidelines and related rules preferred
• Ability to organize, prioritize tasks, and perform effectively under supervision
