Job Summary

A company is looking for a Conflicts Analyst for a 4-month maternity leave cover.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth research on prospective clients and corporate affiliates to identify potential conflicts of interest
• Oversee the integrity and maintenance of the firm's conflicts database
• Design and implement information barriers to protect client confidentiality and monitor compliance

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of dedicated experience in Conflicts Analysis within a law firm environment
• Proficiency with Intapp software is required
• Bachelor's Degree
• Must be able to commit to the full 4-month duration starting in mid-June
