Conflicts Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting a mid- to large-sized law firm, the remote Conflicts Analyst (non-attorney) will conduct conflicts searches, analyze results, and assist with conflict resolution while ensuring compliance with ethical obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct conflicts searches for new business and lateral matters using Intapp or similar software
• Analyze results and communicate potential conflicts and solutions to attorneys
• Assist with conflict resolution alongside Conflicts Counsel and legal teams

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of law firm conflicts experience, preferably in a mid- to large-sized firm
• Experience with Intapp or similar software strongly preferred
• Knowledge of legal ethics and conflicts rules
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with lateral conflicts is a plus
