Conflicts Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Conflicts Analyst, the successful candidate will monitor new business submissions, analyze conflict reports for potential conflicts of interest, and assist in the conflicts clearance process within a dynamic legal team.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor new business intake workflows and perform necessary processing actions
• Analyze and summarize conflict reports to identify potential conflicts of interest
• Initiate and assist in the conflicts clearance process with internal staff and Supervising Partners

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required
• 3+ years of experience in a large law firm, preferably with global exposure
• Experience working with large databases is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with preferred experience in Agile Point Workflow and Intapp Open
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a deadline-intensive environment
