Job Summary
To support a growing legal practice, the full-time remote Conflicts Analyst will manage conflict searches for new client and matter requests, conduct corporate research, and assist in resolving potential conflicts of interest.
Key responsibilities
- Process conflict searches and produce conflict results reports for new clients and matters
- Conduct detailed corporate research and analyze information to identify potential conflicts
- Document and organize the resolution of conflicts while maintaining communication with attorneys and staff
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; 2 or 4-year degree preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a professional services environment
- Previous experience with Intapp required
- Familiarity with bankruptcy guidelines and related rules preferred
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks under time constraints
