Conflicts Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the US Lateral Conflicts Team, the fully remote Conflicts Analyst will manage conflict of interest checks for lateral candidates and ensure compliance with internal policies and legislative requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Handling conflict of interest checks for lateral candidates, including partners and associates
• Organizing and tracking the progress of lateral candidates through the clearance process
• Liaising with recruitment and candidates to ensure completion and accuracy of conflict questionnaires

Required qualifications

• Relevant experience in an international law firm or other professional services firms
• Prior experience analyzing conflicts of interest and managing confidential information for lateral hires
• Understanding of Elite and Intapp Open conflict checking systems is desirable
• Excellent analytic skills with the ability to identify and analyze complex issues
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
