Conflicts Analyst
Job Summary
To support a growing intake team, the full-time remote Conflicts Analyst will manage the intake of requests, perform conflict searches for new clients and matters, and provide contextual analysis of conflicts results while focusing on high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide contextual analysis of conflicts results
- Manage the department's intake of requests from attorneys and provide accurate, timely responses
- Perform conflict searches for new clients and new matters, reviewing and analyzing results for compliance with firm policies
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in a law firm environment with new business and conflicts experience
- Experience with Intapp, iManage, and Aderant
- Demonstrated ability to independently plan and coordinate work with others
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented
