Job Summary

A company is looking for a Conflicts Analyst II - Intake Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, research, and analyze new business and conflict submissions to identify potential conflicts of interest
• Prepare detailed conflict of interest reports and communicate findings to firm partners
• Ensure compliance with firm policies and manage the processing of new business requests

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable experience required
• 3-5 years of conflicts analyst experience, preferably at a large law firm
• Working knowledge of Intapp products preferred
• Strong interest and ability to learn new technologies as necessary
• Ability to manage change within a dynamic organization while maintaining commitment to core values
