Job Summary

A company is looking for a Conflicts Analyst II - Intake Compliance (West Coast).

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze new business and conflict submissions to identify potential conflicts of interest
• Prepare detailed conflict of interest reports and communicate findings to firm partners
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure compliance with risk management processes and improve intake procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable experience required
• 3-5 years of conflicts analyst experience, preferably at a large law firm
• Working knowledge of Intapp products preferred
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to manage change within a dynamic organization
