Conflicts Analyst II
Job Summary
To support compliance and risk management efforts, the full-time salaried Conflicts Analyst II will review, research, and analyze new business and conflict submissions while collaborating with attorneys and staff, with the option to work remotely within the U.S. West Coast hours.
Key responsibilities
- Identify potential ethical and business conflicts of interest associated with new business intake
- Prepare detailed conflict of interest reports and present findings to Firm partners
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and firm policies during the new business intake process
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or comparable experience required
- 3-5 years of conflicts analyst experience, preferably at a large law firm
- Working knowledge of Intapp products preferred
- Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with all levels of firm attorneys and staff
