Conflicts Analyst II
Job Summary
To support compliance and risk management efforts, the full-time salaried Conflicts Analyst II will review and analyze new business and conflict submissions, ensuring adherence to firm policies while working remotely or from various U.S. West Coast offices.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with attorneys and the New Business & Conflicts team to identify potential ethical and business conflicts of interest
- Conduct comprehensive research and prepare detailed conflict of interest reports for presentation to Firm partners
- Evaluate new business intake forms for accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and firm policies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or comparable experience required
- 3-5 years of conflicts analyst experience, preferably at a large law firm
- Working knowledge of Intapp products preferred
- Excellent analytical, research, and organizational skills
- Strong interest and ability to learn new technologies as necessary
