Conflicts Analyst II

Job Summary

Assisting with compliance and risk management related to potential new business, the full-time Conflicts Analyst II will review and analyze conflict submissions, communicate with attorneys to resolve issues, and conduct research on corporate entities, with the option for remote work within U.S. West Coast hours.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential ethical and business conflicts of interest by collaborating with attorneys and the New Business & Conflicts team
• Conduct comprehensive research and prepare detailed conflict of interest reports for presentation to Firm partners
• Ensure timely processing of new business requests while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and firm policies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable experience required
• 3-5 years of conflicts analyst experience, preferably in a large law firm
• Working knowledge of Intapp products preferred
• Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of firm attorneys and staff
