Job Summary

A company is looking for a Conflicts Analyst - Laterals III.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze lateral conflict submissions to identify potential conflicts of interest
• Collaborate with the New Business & Conflicts team to resolve complex issues and ensure compliance
• Perform data entry, monitor data quality, and support lateral onboarding efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• 5-7 years of conflicts analyst experience, preferably at a large law firm
• Familiarity with Intapp products, especially Intapp Open, preferred
• Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment
