Conflicts Analyst III

Job Summary

Working remotely or onsite in any U.S. West Coast office, the full-time salaried Conflicts Analyst III will manage compliance and risk management by reviewing and analyzing new business and conflict submissions to identify potential conflicts of interest and ensure adherence to firm policies.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with attorneys and the New Business & Conflicts team to identify ethical and business conflicts of interest
• Conduct comprehensive research and documentation of potential conflicts associated with new business intake
• Prepare detailed conflict of interest reports and present findings to Firm partners, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and firm policies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable experience required
• Minimum 5 years of conflicts analyst experience, preferably at a large law firm
• Working knowledge of Intapp products preferred
• Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of firm attorneys and staff
