Conflicts Analyst III

Job Summary

Assisting with compliance and risk management, the full-time salaried Conflicts Analyst III will review and analyze new business submissions for potential conflicts of interest while collaborating with attorneys and staff, with the option to work remotely within the U.S. West Coast hours.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with attorneys to identify potential ethical and business conflicts of interest associated with new business intake
• Perform comprehensive research and prepare detailed conflict of interest reports for presentation to Firm partners
• Ensure timely processing of new business requests while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and firm policies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable experience required
• Minimum 5 years of conflicts analyst experience, preferably at a large law firm
• Working knowledge of Intapp products preferred
• Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage change and collaborate effectively with all levels of firm attorneys and staff
