Conflicts Analyst III

Job Summary

Working full-time, the Conflicts Analyst III will manage compliance and risk management related to new business, reviewing and analyzing conflict submissions while collaborating with attorneys and staff, with the option for remote work in U.S. West Coast hours.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential ethical and business conflicts of interest associated with new business intake
• Conduct comprehensive research and prepare detailed conflict of interest reports for presentation to Firm partners
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and firm policies while processing new business requests efficiently

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable experience required
• Minimum 5 years of conflicts analyst experience, preferably at a large law firm
• Working knowledge of Intapp products preferred
• Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage change within a dynamic organization while upholding the Firm's core values
