Conflicts Analyst III
Job Summary
To support compliance and risk management efforts, the full-time salaried Conflicts Analyst III will review and analyze new business and conflict submissions, ensuring adherence to firm policies while working remotely or from any U.S. West Coast office.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with attorneys and the New Business & Conflicts team to identify potential ethical and business conflicts of interest
- Conduct comprehensive research and prepare detailed conflict of interest reports for presentation to Firm partners
- Evaluate new business intake forms for accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and firm policies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or comparable experience required
- Minimum 5 years of conflicts analyst experience, preferably at a large law firm
- Working knowledge of Intapp products preferred
- Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of firm attorneys and staff
