Conflicts Analyst III
Job Summary
Assisting with compliance and risk management related to potential new business, the full-time Conflicts Analyst III will review, research, and analyze conflict submissions while working remotely or from any U.S. West Coast office.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with attorneys to identify potential ethical and business conflicts of interest from new business submissions
- Conduct comprehensive research and prepare detailed conflict of interest reports for presentation to Firm partners
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and firm policies by reviewing new business intake forms and engagement letters
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or comparable experience required
- Minimum 5 years of conflicts analyst experience, preferably in a large law firm
- Working knowledge of Intapp products preferred
- Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with all levels of firm attorneys and staff
