Job Summary

A company is looking for a Conflicts Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze conflict reports for new business and potential hires, communicating results and escalating unusual situations as necessary
• Draft consent letters as requested by firm attorneys
• Collaborate with the Business Intake Department to manage ethical walls and recommend process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree and bar membership in at least one jurisdiction
• Experience with conflicts of interest analysis or related risk management initiatives
• Familiarity with Intapp Open is preferred
• Ability to work independently and efficiently under tight deadlines
• Solid analytical skills and sound judgment regarding conflict of interest rules
