Job Summary

A company is looking for a Conflicts Attorney to provide conflicts analysis for new business and new hire requests firmwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze conflict reports for new business and potential new hires, ensuring a thorough onboarding process
  • Assist with new business intake and collaborate on drafting and tracking waivers
  • Manage ethical walls and maintain the conflicts database, ensuring data accuracy and compliance


Required Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor degree and bar membership in the jurisdiction of at least one firm office location required
  • 2+ years of experience as a Conflicts Attorney/Counsel/Director
  • Familiarity with Intapp Open
  • Strong understanding of basic litigation concepts and business organizations
  • Proficiency in analyzing search results and advising on conflicts-related issues
