Key responsibilities
- Analyze conflicts reports for new matters and lateral hires
- Identify and help resolve ethical conflicts and business-related issues
- Assist with engagement letters, conflict waivers, and ethical screens
Required qualifications
- J.D. required
- 2+ years of conflicts experience in a mid-sized or large law firm
- Strong understanding of legal ethics and professional responsibility rules
- Intapp experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
