Conflicts Attorney

Job Summary

Managing ethical and business risks for potential new business opportunities, the full-time remote Conflicts Attorney will analyze conflicts search reports, identify potential conflicts of interest, and collaborate with attorneys to resolve them in accordance with ethical rules and firm policies.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze conflicts search results and propose resolutions for identified ethical and business conflicts
• Review terms of engagement and outside counsel guidelines as part of the conflicts analysis process
• Communicate with Firm attorneys and General Counsel to facilitate the conflicts clearance process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor degree
• Bar admission in good standing in any US state or the District of Columbia
• Minimum of two years of conflicts experience in a large law firm environment
• Experience utilizing conflicts database software, preferably Intapp Open
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
