Job Summary

A company is looking for a Conflicts Attorney to join their New Business Intake team.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex conflict reports and identify potential conflict of interest issues
• Conduct research on jurisdictional conflicts and ethical rules to develop resolution strategies
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to gather information and prepare communications regarding conflict issues

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in good standing with the relevant bar association
• Minimum of 2 years of conflicts experience in a law firm environment
• In-depth knowledge of conflicts of interest rules and legal ethics
• Proficiency in using relevant legal technology tools, such as Intapp Open and Intapp Walls
