Key Responsibilities

• Generate business conflicts of interest reports using Intapp Open software and online research tools
• Maintain knowledge of department procedures and conflicts request workflow
• Analyze and interpret varied information to provide logical conclusions or recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or prior conflicts experience may be considered
• Prior work experience in a legal or professional service environment preferred
• Experience with relational databases such as Intapp Open, LegalKey, or CompliGuard Analyze preferred
