Conflicts Researcher

Job Summary

Utilizing Intapp Open conflicts software and online research tools, the full-time remote Conflicts Researcher will generate accurate reports on the firm's prior involvement with parties in potential new business while adhering to department procedures and managing requests from firm leadership and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business conflicts of interest reports using Intapp Open conflicts software
• Maintain a working knowledge of department standard operating procedures and conflicts request workflow
• Demonstrate sound judgment in managing assignments in relation to firm and department priorities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or prior conflicts experience may be considered
• Experience with relational databases such as Intapp Open or LegalKey is desired
• Previous online research experience, including Dun & Bradstreet, preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
