Job Summary

A company is looking for a Conflicts Specialist, responsible for identifying and resolving conflicts of interest within the legal industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review incoming service requests and gather conflict data from internal and external clients
  • Analyze party names and case details to determine potential conflicts and manage intake processes
  • Monitor legal activity and document trends, ensuring compliance and proper escalation of issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of business experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in a law firm or legal services organization required
  • Experience in evaluating conflicts of interest is strongly preferred
  • High proficiency with MS Office 2017, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
