Job Summary
A company is looking for a Conflicts Specialist, responsible for identifying and resolving conflicts of interest within the legal industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Review incoming service requests and gather conflict data from internal and external clients
- Analyze party names and case details to determine potential conflicts and manage intake processes
- Monitor legal activity and document trends, ensuring compliance and proper escalation of issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4 years of business experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a law firm or legal services organization required
- Experience in evaluating conflicts of interest is strongly preferred
- High proficiency with MS Office 2017, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
