Job Summary

A company is looking for a Conflicts Supervisor to manage the Conflicts Department and supervise staff members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and mentor Conflicts Researchers on principles and procedures related to conflicts of interest
  • Evaluate and provide feedback on the work product of Conflicts Researchers
  • Generate business conflicts of interest reports and perform preliminary analysis of search results
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, highly preferred
  • At least four years of experience in conflicts within a law firm setting
  • Thorough understanding of conflicts of interest principles and standard operating procedures
  • Proficiency with relational conflicts databases and online corporate research databases
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs and ability to learn new software
