Job Summary
A company is looking for a Conflicts Supervisor to manage the Conflicts Department and supervise staff members.
Key Responsibilities
- Train and mentor Conflicts Researchers on principles and procedures related to conflicts of interest
- Evaluate and provide feedback on the work product of Conflicts Researchers
- Generate business conflicts of interest reports and perform preliminary analysis of search results
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, highly preferred
- At least four years of experience in conflicts within a law firm setting
- Thorough understanding of conflicts of interest principles and standard operating procedures
- Proficiency with relational conflicts databases and online corporate research databases
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs and ability to learn new software
