Confluence Administrator

Job Summary

To support knowledge management initiatives, the contract Confluence Administrator/Designer will manage content creation, data migration, and user training while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a Confluence Administrator, supporting knowledge management articles, workflows, and macros
• Design and develop instructional content such as manuals and job aids, ensuring alignment with branding guidelines
• Provide user support and training for Confluence and related enterprise-level LMS systems

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Confluence administration or design
• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Instructional Design, Technology, Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in building pages and macros in Confluence
• Experience with enterprise-level LMS platforms
• Healthcare background is a plus
