Job Summary

A company is looking for a Connected Device Support & Reconciliation Support Technician (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide inbound and outbound call support to Veterans for device setup and troubleshooting
  • Document all interactions and troubleshooting steps in ticketing systems and support reconciliation processes
  • Deliver professional and patient-focused service while promoting end-user satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 0 - 2 years of relevant experience in technical support or customer service
  • Familiarity with iOS/Android devices, tablets, and Windows/Mac PCs
  • Basic troubleshooting experience with mobile devices and connectivity
  • Ability to document interactions accurately in real-time
