Job Summary

A company is looking for a Connected Device Support & Reconciliation Support Technician to assist Veterans with their VA-provided telehealth and digital health devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide inbound and outbound call support to Veterans for device setup and troubleshooting
  • Document interactions and reconcile device usage and functionality
  • Deliver empathetic customer service while promoting end-user satisfaction and compliance with service metrics
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years of experience or high school diploma with equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with iOS/Android devices and basic troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with help desk or ticketing systems preferred
  • Prior exposure to healthcare or telehealth environments is helpful but not required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance
