Job Summary
Providing exceptional support for digitally connected customers, the full-time remote Connected Services Technical Expert will leverage technical expertise to analyze data, improve network performance, and assist with operational issues in electrical distribution and critical power systems.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver white glove support and remote troubleshooting for strategic customers
- Conduct predictive analyses of data to generate actionable insights and recommendations
- Assist onsite field service personnel and track open issues to ensure resolution
Required qualifications
- Two or four-year technical degree or relevant experience in electrical systems or engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with secure power, cooling, and electrical distribution systems
- Proven service and support experience with network managed equipment
- Strong technical writing skills and proficiency in data analysis
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and maintain organization
