Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of calls, typically 60-80 daily
  • Progressively take on more complex tasks as skills develop


Required Qualifications
  • Must currently reside in Connecticut
  • 1 year of Call Center experience
  • 6 months of Customer Service experience
  • Basic typing/computer experience with navigational skills
  • High-speed Internet access with specified minimum speeds
