Job Summary
A company is looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager to service and retain an assigned book of business while collaborating with Producers on new and renewal accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while addressing their needs and resolving issues
- Manage and retain an existing book of business, ensuring compliance with audit and performance standards
- Process daily inquiries, prepare invoices, and maintain accurate documentation in the agency management system
Required Qualifications and Education
- High school diploma required; Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a Commercial Lines department at an agency or company level preferred
- Insurance Producer license in good standing for relevant states
- Strong technical knowledge of the insurance industry
- Proficient with MS Office Suite and general office equipment
