Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager to service and retain an assigned book of business while collaborating with Producers on new and renewal accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while addressing their needs and resolving issues
  • Manage and retain an existing book of business, ensuring compliance with audit and performance standards
  • Process daily inquiries, prepare invoices, and maintain accurate documentation in the agency management system
Required Qualifications and Education
  • High school diploma required; Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a Commercial Lines department at an agency or company level preferred
  • Insurance Producer license in good standing for relevant states
  • Strong technical knowledge of the insurance industry
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite and general office equipment
