Connecticut Licensed AI Engineer

Job Summary

To support the ongoing operation and modernization of AI-enabled applications, a Remote contract position for a Connecticut Licensed AI Engineer will maintain and enhance existing applications, analyze requirements, and prepare source code while ensuring the integrity of software.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, enhance, and extend existing AI applications and supporting services
• Analyze requirements and participate in project planning sessions to provide design recommendations
• Configure, deploy, and monitor applications in cloud environments, specifically Microsoft Azure

Required qualifications

• 3 years of Python development experience in a web environment
• 2 years of experience building applications powered by large language models (LLMs)
• 2 years of professional experience in comparing and selecting AI models
• Knowledge of cloud computing principles, particularly with Microsoft Azure
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
