Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Connecticut Licensed Bodily Injury Adjuster will investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and bodily injury with attorney involvement, assess coverage and damages, and negotiate settlements while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate automobile accidents and assess coverage, liability, and damages
• Communicate with customers and attorneys through various channels to facilitate claims processing
• Negotiate fair and timely injury settlements using innovative platforms and tools

Required qualifications

• Prior represented third-party casualty claim handling experience is required
• Connecticut or Ohio claims experience highly preferred
• 2-5 years of moderate/complex Bodily Injury claim handling experience is preferred
• Prior litigation claims experience is a plus
• Proficient knowledge of insurance and ability to work independently
