Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bookkeeper/Accountant to manage accounting processes on a part-time contract basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial record keeping and reporting systems, including payroll, billing, receivables, and payables
  • Produce monthly and quarterly financial statements and ensure general ledger accounts are reconciled
  • Prepare and file annual tax forms and oversee the preparation of the annual audit
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree (Bachelor's Degree preferred) in accounting, business administration, or related field
  • Minimum of three years' experience in accounting and/or finance, preferably in a non-profit organization
  • Proficiency in payroll and accounting software, particularly QuickBooks
  • Familiarity with eTapestry preferred
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus
