Job Summary

Leading a team dedicated to patient access, the full-time Connecticut Licensed CARE Center Manager will oversee call center operations, manage staff performance, and ensure high-quality customer service in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and develop staff within the CARE Center, including recruiting, coaching, and mentoring
  • Oversee daily operations, including call management, referral handling, and appointment scheduling
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement plans to enhance service quality
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience supervising or managing a service-focused team
  • Proven ability to lead process improvement efforts and drive performance results
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
  • High degree of initiative and critical thinking skills for decision-making and coaching
  • Experience with EPIC referrals and scheduling systems is preferred
