Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve complex indemnity/lost time workers compensation claims
• Communicate with various parties involved in the claims process to ensure effective resolution
• Document claim activity and ensure compliance with policies and regulations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in CT, NH, RI, VT
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with claims and business software
