Job Summary

Experienced in managing workers compensation claims, the fully remote Connecticut Licensed Claims Adjuster will analyze claims exposure, interact with various stakeholders, and provide exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex indemnity/lost time workers compensation claims
• Maintain effective communication with all parties involved in the claims process
• Document and communicate claim activity efficiently to support outcomes

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Connecticut Adjusters' License
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
