Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Client Service Associate to provide administrative support to financial advisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound client calls, schedule appointments, and prepare materials for client meetings
  • Maintain client management systems and assist with documentation for new business
  • Conduct proactive outreach to clients and advisors regarding time-sensitive activities
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience working with financial advisors and support teams
  • 2+ years of knowledge in the brokerage/financial services industry
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Accounting, or Finance
  • Series 66 (or Series 63/65) and Series 7 license or ability to obtain within 120 days
  • Prior customer service experience in financial services required
