Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Experience Specialist (Licensed) who manages non-licensed and limited licensed aspects of real estate transactions remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate agents, managing contractual dates and ensuring timely transaction closure
  • Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation throughout the transaction process
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, managing communication and transaction details effectively


Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination
  • Active real estate license in good standing, preferably in Connecticut
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple software systems related to transaction management
  • Strong analytical skills for managing financial details and ensuring compliance
