Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and service a book of commercial insurance clients, focusing on policy renewals and client inquiries
• Negotiate and secure appropriate insurance coverage for clients' needs
• Maintain relationships with insurance carriers and resolve customer service issues related to coverage and billing

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Commercial Lines Small Business Account Management
• Active Connecticut Property & Casualty License
• Experience with AMS360 is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
