Connecticut Licensed Drywall Superintendent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Superintendent- Drywall with at least 5+ years of commercial construction experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee, manage, and mentor Assistant Superintendents and Foremen
• Lead the Injury-Free Environment (IFE) Safety Program and ensure quality of work
• Collaborate with trade partners and project teams to optimize production

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on trade-related field experience as a journeyman, foreman, and/or Superintendent
• Ability to recruit craft from the local workforce
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, and PlanGrid
• Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
• Flexible, detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks
