Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Staff Electrical Engineer, the full-time position will focus on the electrical design, integration, and commissioning of complex power systems for industrial energy projects, preferably onsite in Danbury, CT, with remote options available.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead electrical architecture for industrial power systems, including HV/MV/LV distribution and grounding
• Own utility interconnection requirements and interface with utilities, EPCs, and internal engineering teams
• Develop and review electrical design packages, including single-line diagrams and commissioning documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering for industrial power systems and utility interconnection
• Strong knowledge of NEC, IEEE standards, and UL 508A compliance
• Experience with MV/LV power distribution and developing electrical design packages
• Hands-on commissioning and troubleshooting experience in field execution
