Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cross-Border Employment Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise multinational companies on a full range of international employment issues
• Participate in writing, publishing, and speaking opportunities within the firm
• Manage multiple projects and provide risk-based solutions for complex legal issues

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor and licensed to practice law in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
• 8+ years of U.S. labor and employment law experience
• Cross-border experience, with preference for Asia-Pacific and Middle East knowledge
• In-house experience is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant legal and communication technology platforms
