Job Summary
To support the Protocol Activation and Lifecycle Management (PALM) team, a full-time remote Connecticut Licensed Financial Analyst will manage Medicare Coverage Analyses and develop, review, and negotiate clinical trial budgets while ensuring compliance and financial viability.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations for Qualified Clinical Trial Evaluation and Medicare Coverage Analysis, ensuring adherence to guidelines and documenting results
- Develop and manage comprehensive clinical trial budgets, collaborating with stakeholders to support timely study start-up
- Lead budget negotiations with sponsors and external partners to ensure full cost recovery and compliance with institutional standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or Finance with four years of related experience
- Experience in clinical research budgeting and Medicare Coverage Analyses, including negotiation with sponsors or CROs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Clinical Trial Management Systems
- Strong knowledge of Medicare policies and regulations related to clinical trials
- Effective project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
